If your license key isn’t working, please make sure that:

  • The key is entered correctly (no typos or extra spaces).

  • Your PC meets the software’s system requirements.

  • You have followed the activation instructions provided.

If the problem continues after these checks, move on to the next step.

Step 2: Contact Our Support Team

If the issue persists, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase.
To help us resolve your case quickly, include the following details in your email:

  • Order ID (e.g., #40897)

  • License Key (if applicable)

  • Description of the issue (screenshots or error messages are very helpful)

Step 3: Verification Process

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and may suggest troubleshooting steps.
If the problem cannot be fixed, we will verify the license key and confirm whether a replacement is required.

Step 4: Replacement Assurance

If your key is confirmed to be defective or unusable, we’ll issue a new replacement key at no extra cost.
Replacements are processed within 1–3 business days after verification.

No Returns or Refunds in Certain Cases

  1. Limited Exceptions
    Refunds or returns are only considered if the purchased license key is confirmed to be defective or unusable and no replacement can be provided. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–15 business days.

  2. Incorrect Purchases
    Refunds or returns are not available for wrong product selections. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
