All digital products and license keys are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is proven to be defective or unusable. Refunds are not available for products or license codes that have already been redeemed or activated.

2. Resolution for Defective Keys

  • If you encounter issues with your purchased license key (invalid key or activation failure), contact our support team within 7 days of purchase.

  • Our team will review your case, provide troubleshooting assistance, and if confirmed defective, issue a replacement key at no extra cost.

  • Refunds are only granted if the product is confirmed as defective and no replacement can be provided. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Non-Cancellable Orders

    • Once an order for a digital product or license key has been processed and delivered, it cannot be canceled.

  2. Order Processing

    • Most orders are processed and delivered instantly or within 24-48 business hours.

    • Orders placed outside business hours will be processed during the next cycle.

  3. Cancellation Requests

No Refund or Cancellation in Certain Cases
