Welcome to My PC Key. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (https://stage.mypckey.com) and the purchase of our digital products. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

  • My PC Key is an online store that sells genuine digital software license keys.

  • All products are delivered digitally via email to the address provided at checkout.

  • By purchasing from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent.

2. Digital Product Delivery

  • Most products are delivered instantly via automated email after payment.

  • Some products may require manual processing and will be delivered within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Delivery confirmation will be sent to your email once your order has been processed.

  • If you do not receive your product, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting support.

3. Refund & Return Policy

Because our products are digital license keys, refunds and returns are limited. Please refer to our full Refund & Return Policy for details.

  • Refunds are not available once a license key has been delivered and/or successfully activated.

  • A replacement key will be issued at no extra cost if the purchased license key is confirmed to be defective or invalid.

  • Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

    • Incorrect product selection

    • Incompatible systems

    • Successful activation of a license key

    • Buyer’s remorse

4. Payment Terms

  • We accept payments via PayPal, Stripe, ccAvenue, UPI and other secure payment gateways.

  • By completing a purchase, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the full amount for the product(s) ordered.

  • All product prices are displayed in your local currency, based on your region, for convenience. Final billing is processed in the currency shown at checkout through our secure payment providers (PayPal, Stripe, etc.).

  • Chargebacks or fraudulent disputes are strictly prohibited. Customers must contact our support team for any billing concerns.

5. License & Usage Rights

  • Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software in accordance with the vendor’s end-user license agreement (EULA).

  • Reselling, sharing, or distributing license keys purchased from My PC Key is strictly prohibited.

  • Misuse of license keys may result in license revocation without refund and possible legal action.

6. Customer Responsibilities

When using our website or purchasing a product, you agree that:

  • You will provide accurate information during checkout.

  • You will ensure your system meets the software’s requirements before purchase.

  • You will not attempt to resell, duplicate, or misuse license keys purchased from us.

  • You will not engage in fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or abuse of our services.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on My PC Key, including text, images, logos, and website design, is the property of My PC Key and protected under copyright law.

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • My PC Key is not responsible for damages arising from:

    • Improper installation or misuse of software.

    • Compatibility issues with your hardware or operating system.

    • Losses resulting from customer negligence (e.g., lost email access).

  • Our total liability in any case will not exceed the purchase price of the product.

9. Third-Party Software & Vendors

  • All software products and license keys are subject to the terms of their respective software publishers (Microsoft, Adobe, etc.).

  • By purchasing a license key, you also agree to the End User License Agreement (EULA) provided by the software publisher.

  • My PC Key is a reseller of digital keys and is not the original software manufacturer.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable laws.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate customer access if:

  • Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected.

  • Violation of these Terms occurs.

  • Unauthorized use or resale of license keys is discovered.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India.

  • In case of disputes, customers agree to first contact My PC Key support to seek resolution before raising a payment dispute with PayPal, Stripe, or banks.

  • If unresolved, disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Pune Jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in business practices, legal requirements, or services. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.
